Privacy Policy

What we collect
Tenant Atlas processes account details such as your name, email address, organization, role, and sign-in information. We also process lease documents you upload, information extracted from them, questions and answers you save, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, we verify the credential Google provides and use its verified email address and stable account identifier to sign you in or connect your existing Tenant Atlas account. We store that identifier with your account. Google sign-in does not give Tenant Atlas access to your Gmail or Google Drive, and we do not receive your Google password. Google also handles information under its own Privacy Policy.
How we use and share information
We use account information to authenticate users, manage organization access, provide support, and protect the service. We use documents and questions to provide lease extraction, search, and answers. Those AI features send relevant document text and questions through OpenRouter to model providers for processing. We do not use your Google account identifier for those AI features. We may also share information with providers that host or operate the service, as needed to provide it.
Storage and retention
Sign-in tokens and some interface preferences are stored in your browser. Account details, uploaded originals, and derived lease data are stored by the service. Removing a project from the app hides it from active views, but its records and original files may remain stored. Your organization administrator can remove user accounts; contact us to request permanent deletion of other data.
Your choices and contact
You can use email and password instead of Google sign-in. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your organization administrator or email privacy@tenantatlas.com. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new date here.
