Using Tenant Atlas
These terms govern your use of Tenant Atlas. You must have permission from your organization to use its account and upload its documents. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Your content
You and your organization retain your rights in the documents and questions you provide. You authorize Tenant Atlas and its service providers to store and process that content to provide the service, including lease extraction, search, and AI-generated answers. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit that content.
AI output
Extracted fields and answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them against the source documents before relying on them for legal, financial, or business decisions. Tenant Atlas does not provide legal advice.
Accounts and third parties
Organization administrators control member access. Google sign-in is optional and subject to Google’s own terms and policies. Connecting a Google account does not create a Tenant Atlas account without access to an organization.
Changes and contact
We may change the service or these terms. The current terms and effective date will be posted here. For questions about these terms, email privacy@tenantatlas.com.
